Third COVID-19 Bill Passes

House Passes Third COVID-19 Relief Bill with Payroll-Related Provisions On March 27, 2020, the House passed the “Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act” ( CARES Act, H.R. 748 ) by a voice vote.
